Paper Presentations
30 Minute Presentations - You will be given a room and time slot assignment about 2 weeks before the conference. Due to the complex scheduling involved in the ISFI Conference structure, we are unable to accommodate special requests for timeslots. Breakout presentations are grouped by subject matter.
Audiovisual
All Speakers must have a powerpoint presentation.
All presentations will be pre-loaded onto ISFI's Laptops. You will not be able to use your own equipment due to the short breaks between speakers. We will provide a wireless presenter, a dry erase board or flip chart (for questions) and speaker timer for all presentations.
The Break-out Sessions
ISFI Staff moderators will be there to assist with any AV concerns and will strictly adhere to the schedule.
Delegates are encouraged to move freely between breakout sessions. Do not be alarmed if a student leaves in the middle of your presentation.
A Question and Answer Session will follow the final presentation in each breakout room. All Speakers from that day's session are asked to return to answer questions on their presentations.
Delegates are encouraged to hold their questions until the Question and Answer Session.
